An appropriate rune, of course. I am relieved. I'm glad I didn't waste my time voting, as our state went overwhelmingly red, anyway. Now let's hope Pres. Obama lives up to all of that talk about "change!"
As the poet said,"it takes a heap o livin to make a house a home" and its going to take a heap of working to get this country back on track. History has been made with a non white president and here in North Carolina, a woman governor plus we are sending Lizzie back to Kansas! Wow. As citizens we have to be responsible adults and work towards a common goal of uniting this country if we are going to get our nation out of this quagmire left by Bush and Company.
Well said Erik!
