You'll Always Live in Interesting Times . . . . .

A fortune cookie prediction from the other night, and the opposite of a Chinese blessing. Today's entry will be short because of what Von Clausewitz called friction. Entropy will do, as well.

Gypsy Curse: "May You Get Exactly What You Wish For."

And finally, from Saint Teresa of Avila: "There are more tears shed over answered prayers than unanswered ones."

Z: "He lives!"

Recently, I'm sure you know,
the "tears" line shows up in the wonderful Capote movie.
