A Coaliton of the Willing

Dennis Kucinich and Elizabeth Harper Kucinich, his British-born third wife. Victory in the 2008 election would be a coup for Anglo-American relations and fun for all. Of course, Mr. Kucinich hasn't got a snowball's chance in Hell of winning even the Democratic Party nomination, let alone the general election.

So why try?

Maybe to bring some nifty-fifty lefty ideas into the campaign, maybe also to liven things up. Who cares? Ms. Kucinich, who will turn thirty this fall, adds style and an earnest global outlook to the election cycle. Mr. K speaks for himself -- not exactly a gadfly, but too strong in his ideas for many. Will politically active Americans vote for a someone with such a "farn" name? Besides, he's Catholic!

Mr. and Ms. Kucinich all proud -- and rightly so. Good luck to them -- and the rest of us!

Cool insight into the candidate's life...never heard him speak of a wife. She's a looker. Now I want to know more...

Kudos to short men the world over!

Dennis Kucinich just finished visiting and heaping praise upon Bashar Assad of Syria. At the same time, he refused to meet with any of the US troops in Iraq.

He leaves quite a sour taste in the mouth.

Kucinich seems to be the only candidate hawking sensible plans with real passion. Of course the DNC will go with Hillary (lobbyists' whore) or Obama (war monger.) They'd rather make history than real change. *sigh*
