When I was a reporter, I did a story on a veteran who found the Christmas Day menu from I guess World War II, I don't think it was World War I. This was probably '93 or '94 so a nice round-numbered anniversary for the year he sate while at war. It was a nice turkey and dressing dinner apparently and the menu for their meal was on a little white card. An extra touch to try make it all a little nice for them.
The more things change eh?
