Rudy Ray Moore (3/17/1927-10/19/2008), RIP. A wild hellion, multi-talented comic and filmmaker. One of my favorites of his over-the-top B movies is Dolemite (1975). It's been years since I last saw it, but I still remember the line, "I'm so bad, I kick my own ass twice a day . . ."

I vaguely remember seeing ads for this when it was out but I don't think it every showed in the area of the country I was from. Never saw it but I like the tagline.
