Orpheus and Saint Francis of Assisi: Alternate Takes

Orpheus en de dieren / Orpheus and the Animals (Sebastian Vrancx, circa 1595, La Galleria Borghese, Roma). Why, he's even drawn a unicorn (upper left) into the circle of his song!

Here, Saint Francis of Assisi blesses his little winged friends (Sainte Francois, Coeur de Christal).

Today's Rune: Signals.

Erik, St. Francis is one of my favorite saints. Bless the beasts and the children.
