Here Lies Limpy Starks

Tombstone grave marker for Limpy Starks (d. March 1887), "Aged 92 years." MacPherson Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Fayetteville, Cumberland County, North Carolina.
Marker for Laura June Wetmore (1817-1860) and her husband Theophilus Hunter Holmes (1804-1880), West Point graduate and Lieutenant General, Confederate States of America, same class as Joseph Eggleston Johnston (1807-1891) and Robert Edward Lee (1807-1870).  Commanded the failed attack on Helena, Arkansas, on July 4, 1863. Jeremiah C. France (1840-1865), an ancestor, was on the defending Union side of the same battle.
