Wow - I hadn't seen that. Someone said they could hear Celtic music in there, and My Bloody valentine - yes, for sure. John Cale's and Nico conjured up pure magic there.

And how beautiful she was.

It's been a day of mindful Good Blonde's (Nico, Debbie Harry, Sheila) as opposed to the mind controlled 'Bad' Blonde's (Britney, Madonna).

Danny, great review by Saint Julian. Really interesting. I love his cover of Roky Erickson's "I (We) Have Always Been Here Before." Will have to check out the Blue Orchids. There's a video of Nico doing Bowie's "Heroes" and she looks pretty damaged. Here's to the mindful, then -- I may add "Femme Fatale" soon after a Kerouac birthday nod.
