I had a huge crush on Nancy Schenck, the only person I ever knew who owned the first David Essex album. He turned sixty today. Nancy was killed in a car wreck, years ago. And where do we go from here? Rock on. Prettiest girl I'd ever seen . . .

David Essex - the lovable rogue is 60?! I read his biography when I was about 10 and was shocked he decided to create a surname that included.... 'sex'....!
