Wow-- weird coincidence-- I almost posted a Golden Earring vid today as well-- it was going to be either this one or "Twilight Zone." I heard them on Sirius Satellite radio on the way to work today-- their very first hit, from 1966, "Daddy Buy Me a Girl."
Aren't they due for a hit soon? Seems they have one every decade or two.
Never heard their music, though know the name. Weird name - euphemism?

So, Erik, would you considered these guys a "one-hit" wonder band? I trying to think of other songs they did and coming up blank.
I have been thinking about Golden Earring too! Although like Johnny I was thinking about "Twilight Zone", which is one of my all time favorites.
