More Like Simple Jack
September 4, 2008: a fitting day for Republican thug Simple Jack Abramoff to receive another four years in prison. . . . .
. . . just as Democratic thug Simple Kwame Kilpatrick, now ex-Mayor of Detroit, is finally forced out of office and into the Wayne County Jail . . .
. . . and Simple John McCain takes charge of his fellow simpletons of the GOP . . .
. . . while Nefarious Dick Cheney is in Georgia selling tickets for the Third World War with Simple Mikheil Nik'olozis dze Saak'ashvili (Cheney's used to guiding simpletons) . . .
. . . and Simple Sarah Palin -- Cheney's would-be successor -- stands ready with her own rifle to bring simple new classiness to Washington.
Despite all the Simple Jacks of today and every day, Barack Obama will win . . . provided Democrats vote in large numbers . . .
Today's Rune: Protection.

Yesterday was definitely one to circle on the calendar Erik. I wonder if Palin shoots her moose hunting partner with that gun will they be as deferential as cheney's hunting buddy?
Kwame Kilpatrick is a large number.--Sonny Elliot
Believe me, there will be no objections to her shooting anything or anyone. The Russians might as well surrender now.--Fred Bear
I don't have a problem with Palin's guns. I have a problem with her politics.
If I'm reading things right:
*She wanted to fire a librarian who wouldn't let her ban books.
*She fired people who didn't agree with her or who wouldn't go along with her.
*She turned down the bridge to nowhere but kept the money.
*City government spending went up when she was mayor at a rate that was higher than any tax growth.
*She denigrated grass roots organizers.
Is there any milk of human kindness there or should I ask: What would Jesus do?
Oh say can you see, by the dawn's early light, what so proudly we hail!!!!!!!--F.S. Key
