Put Some Bleachers Out In the Sun
Despite the fact that the human race is an unwieldy, surly collective, add platitude here. Clean water, clean air, beautiful people everywhere.
Some group hates some other groups for their freedom! A line in the sand -- this will not stand! More pickles and relish. Mustard. Freedom fries on the side. Huddled masses yearning to breathe free. Soylent Green is people! It's all good, except when it's not! Houston is hot tonight.
Today's Rune: Warrior. (Samples courtesy of the Bush brothers, the Coen brothers, the artists known as Bob Dylan and Iggy Pop, Devo, the Statue of Liberty and quips/images recorded originally in books or on celluloid).

Good souvenir, Erik! Basic workmanship of scientific fiction that captured the imagination of thousand of readers throughout decades, since the year of its publication that goes far!
Good Passover! Beijus
One of the greatest SF books ever. and a pretty darn good movie.
You make me want to reread Dune...Perhaps I'll borrow a copy for the cruise. Ironic, no?
Erik...YAY! Finally you have mentioned a book and movie I have participated in. Damn it was a long time coming.
The NRA loved Charlton Heston so much they used his cadaver for target practice...he was to old to process for food.
i have to read dune again -- it has been a long time
and i still get a chill seeing the statue of liberty --- i remember seeing that movie for the first time as a 10 year old.
