Flags in the Dust
Woke up this morning, what did I see?
A big black cloud hanging over me
I switched on the radio and nearly dropped dead
The news was so bad that I fell out of bed
There was a gas strike, oil strike, lorry strike, bread strike
Got to be a superman to survive
Gas bills, rent bills, tax bills, phone bills
I'm such a wreck but I'm staying alive . . . . .
(The Kinks, "Superman," 1979)
Heather Locklear. Amanda Woodward, her character in Melrose Place, shares the same name as one of my great grandmothers. That always makes me chuckle. These blondes did have more fun. Advice: unless you want a world of hurt, never marry a rock star.
Michael Madsen -- Reservoir Dogs (1992), Kill Bill: Volume 2 (2004), etc.
Catherine Zeta-Jones -- not only is she married to Michael Douglas (same birthday, different year); apparently she is also a "woman with a past." Ha!
Today's Rune: Defense.

I'm back! Hopefully free of bugs (boy that didn't come out right! LOL)
I love Heather Locklear . . . and I would still marry Tommy Lee despite the pain I would be left with. I'm a sucker for the Greeks, and for musicians...what can I say!
FYI - I passed Michael Madsen while he was seated at a table having lunch at the cafeteria on a Hollywood lot. I was there last February and got to spend time on a lot, in a studio and in the production trailer as Chuck Woolery taped some Lingo episodes.
I was awestruck when seeing Michael because I have always loved him. He is such a bad boy and so crazy and so sexy (to me).
Good to be back up on line.
Peace, Lindy
Heather Locklear is around the same age as I am. Does anyone know where she buys her anti-aging cream? I could sure use some.

Speaking of same names, there's an actor with the same name as me. I think he's been on "Law and Order."
